The entree menu is a good option if you're craving hearty, traditional fare.Try the chicken mole with vegetable arroz. The chicken is slow braised and served with a complex, savory mole sauce and side of vegetable rice with calabacitas (Mexican zucchini).
If you want classic American comfort food with a Southwest kick, then opt for the Blanco Burger. The oversized hamburger patty is topped with a special Blanco cheese blend, bacon, guacamole, pico de gallo and the house chipotle mayo.
